- Make 150-200 calls per day regularly
- Schedule 3-5 counseling sessions with students and working professionals per day
Responsibilities for Regional Operations Coordinators:
- Supervise day-to-day operations, including facility construction, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Create a comfortable and conducive learning environment for students
- Manage local vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain effective communication with the head office team
- Provide regular updates and reports on local operations
- Participate in strategic planning and support initiatives to enhance the school learning experience
Salary and Grade Pay – For the SSC intern position, the salary will be ₹15,000, for the Inside Sales Executive position, the salary will be ₹28,700, and for the Regional Operations Coordinator position, the salary will range from ₹34,600 to ₹45,800 per month.
