Responsibilities –
For Flight Support:
- Provide top-quality customer service and issue resolution via voice-based phone support
- Assist customers via telecom/email and chat
- Fulfill customer needs through first contact resolutions
- Clarify customer requirements
- Welcome customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon processes
- Listen attentively to customers’ needs and concerns
- Confirm customer understanding of solutions and provide additional customer education as needed
- Prepare and update accurate work and update customer files
For Ticketing Executive:
- Responsibility for issuing, reissuing, revalidating, changing/canceling, and rebooking PNRs
- Coordinate with airlines and customers via phone and email
- Responsible for revenue generation for the company
Salary/Remuneration and Grade Pay – For the Flight Support (Chat Process) position, the salary will be ₹22,450, and for Ticketing Executive positions, the salary will be approximately ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month. More details about salary are mentioned in the notification.
Age – Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old for this recruitment. There is no mention of an upper age limit for this recruitment.
