Learner Driving w/o Instructor with DL

If a driver is caught driving by themselves using a learner’s permit, they may be subject to legal penalties, including an arrest or fine. Furthermore, their learner’s permit may be suspended or cancelled, and they could have to retake the learner’s license test.

Fine for driving in a car on the learner’s license could be anywhere between Rs. 500 to Rs. 500 to Rs. 5,000, based on the seriousness of the offence. In some instances, one is found driving independently with a learner’s permit and could be imprisoned for a maximum of three months.
