Learner Driving w/o Displaying L Plates

According to the Motor Vehicle Act of 1998, Indian citizens cannot drive on public roads without a valid license. If you’re just learning to drive, obtaining a valid Learner’s License (LLR) is mandatory. This allows you to practice driving on the road under the supervision and guidance of a permanent driver. Learner license holders must have a red L-symbol/sticker visible from afar on their vehicle. A fine of Rs 500 will be imposed if you fail to comply.
